Comprehensive Birth Class
This comprehensive course provides in-depth childbirth education, practical skills, and valuable resources, making it the best value for expecting parents. Over the course of 10 classes, you and your partner will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to prepare for labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. Whether you are planning a hospital, birth center, or home birth we’ve got you covered.
We will cover topics such as nutrition during pregnancy, choosing your birth team, the stages of labor, the postpartum "golden hour," and much more. Throughout the course, you and your partner will learn and practice relaxation techniques, comfort measures, labor positions, and exercises to help you feel prepared and confident for the big day.
The registration fee covers both you and your chosen birth partner and includes a student workbook, along with access to Birth Boot Camp's online breastfeeding class.

Express Birth Class
Is your due date approaching quickly? Don't worry! This express class is designed to give you the essential knowledge and practical skills you need in the time you have. In just 1-2 days, you and your partner will learn what to expect during labor, explore effective comfort measures and coping techniques, and gain the confidence to approach your birth feeling prepared.
The registration fee covers both you and your partner and includes a Birth Boot Camp workbook that you can refer to before and during labor. This class is 7 hours long but can be broken up into two days.

Length: 7 hours (can be split over 2 days)
Online Birth Class
Not able to meet in person but still want the support and personal interaction of an instructor? My comprehensive hybrid class gives you the flexibility of watching the class online while still meeting with me virtually each week for 45–60 minutes. During our time together, we’ll discuss what you’re learning, answer questions, and practice skills. When you register, I’ll send you a workbook and a Class in a Bag to help you get the most out of your class.
