Hi, I’m Liz Monson, a childbirth educator serving the El Paso, Texas area. I am also the mother 5 spunky kids, who are my pride and joy. My passion for birth started with my own birth experiences. After a difficult birth, my partner and I decided to take a childbirth class and it gave me the confidence to create the birth experience I wanted. Now I want to pass that wisdom on to other parents.

Outside of teaching birth classes I am an avid hiker, backpacker, camper. I also enjoy playing games with my family and volunteering at my kids schools. I am a military spouse and have been able to get to know many different states and countries.

I believe the birth should be an empowering experience. It forever changes everyone involved. I know that knowledge empowers parents to make informed decisions that align with their desires. Every birth is unique and I am commited to supporting each family in their individual choices. My mission is to provide parents with the information they need to birth confidently and prepare for their baby’s arrival.
